"Nordic Walking with Gill has been invigorating on many levels.  The variety of routes, the pace accommodating but encouraging even the slowest of stragglers (me) and the group humour and support have all kept me challenging myself again and again.  She re-enforces technique along the way and gives stretching skills when we have intermittent 'pauses'.  Our Sunday walks of 6-7 miles were most enjoyable as nice and relaxed and a slower pace covering longer distances.  She's extremely professional in the way she organises, plans and communicates with the whole group.  I highly recommend Gill for her fitness knowledge, orienteering skills and best walk routes planning. We will miss her dearly but wish her success 'down south'."“
